Anna Claybaugh, LCSW, MSW
She/Her/Hers/They/Them/Theirs
Anna is the Executive Director and Founder of Rise in Resiliency. Anna has worked with individuals across the age spectrum, both internationally and domestically, supporting the mental health and emotional resiliency skills for populations that historically lack access to care. She was a lead contributor in the behavioral health policy development for the 5 year Medicaid Health Plan for The Oregon Healthy Authority, advocating for and incorporating trauma informed care, integrated and holistic services, as well as increased standards of care for the Oregon Medicaid population.
Anna's passion lies with helping others, especially the change makers of tomorrow: school-aged youth and their communities. Throughout her years of experience, her wish has whittled down to a simple desire: for all humans to truly experience unconditional self love and to live in emotional freedom, no matter the resources or location.
Chavonique Poole
She/Her/Hers
Chavonique is a corporate manager working in a large financial company as an Human Resources Professional. In her role Chavonique is responsible for end-to-end project management of the annual cycle of goal setting, performance conversations, and year-end process. Through an inclusive and diverse approach she creates impactful communications, resources, and engagement plans that provide colleagues with the skills they need to achieve their career aspirations. She is also actively involved in her organization's employee resources groups as well as her in her community and thrives to be an active ally for all marginalized groups.
Chavonique is a native of Arizona, currently attending Southern New Hampshire University to complete her BS in Business Administration w/Conc in Int'l Business BS.Business Administration. She is passionate about development, recognition, and engagement. She also plays competitive women's volleyball and has been with her partner Briahna for 7 years.
Mary Glidden, MPH
She/Her/Hers
Mary is the Director of Implementation and Evaluation and a member of the board of Rise in Resiliency. Mary has worked internationally and within the United States in pursuit of health equity. She spent 2 years in Eswatini, Africa working to empower young women and drive community based health programs. In Colorado, she worked as the lead study coordinator on multiple adolescent and young adult research studies with a focus in transgender health and has a passion in equitable health care, access to mental health and strength based community advocacy.
Mary received her MPH from University of Colorado and currently works as a program evaluator on a home visiting program with a goal of reducing maternal and infant mortality. She brings an evidence based practice to program development and evaluation.
Mariama Dumbuya
She/Her/Hers
Mariama is a freelance writer and a marketing and communications professional with experience drafting and editing a wide range of copy and executing marketing strategies for mission-focused organizations. She also writes articles on self-development which have been published on sites such as Tiny Buddha and Elephant Journal and is working toward publication of her first novel. Mariama enjoys reading, traveling, and reflecting in nature.
